Shipping policy
All orders ship out Monday-Friday. OffDay Studio is closed for business on Saturday + Sunday for shipping out fulfillment orders. This excludes pickup orders.
Processing time for orders do not include Saturday + Sunday, alongside major holidays.
Products from our second facility are indicated in the product descriptions. Some items from our second facility may take less than 2 weeks to be delivered. Please keep in mind delivery times when ordering from our second facility.
Domestic
Free shipping on all orders over $150.00 and up (ships out Economy Standard). Discount applied automatically.
Express shipping is offered to customers at checkout, only for products from our main facility.
USPS for Domestic Orders - DHL for Foreign Orders
- Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days from when the order is placed.
- Expected Arrival: 2-7 Business Days from the time the parcel was shipped out
- $6.95 for Economy for our second location shipping may vary between $6.60 and $7.40. (5-8 Business Days) $11.90 for Express (1-2 Business Days). Certain items are excluded from Express Delivery.
- Pickup Option for local orders is available, drop off however is not. Pickup orders from our main facility are typically ready within 24 hours of the order being placed. If the order is placed on the weekends, we will fulfill the order.
- Pickup orders from our second facility is not available.
